Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the TravelReady24 UK ETA application service. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

TravelReady24 provides a third-party assistance service for submitting UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) applications. Our service includes:

• A user-friendly application form with guided step-by-step completion
• Professional review and verification of your application details
• Application submission and processing management
• Email notifications and status updates throughout the process
• Customer support for application-related enquiries

2. Fees and Pricing

Our fees consist of the following components:

• UK ETA Government Fee: €19.99 — the official government fee for the ETA application
• Processing Fee: varies by processing speed:
  • Standard processing (up to 24 hours)
  • Express processing (up to 4 hours)
  • Rush processing (up to 1 hour)
• Travel Protection (optional): €18.99 — optional insurance coverage for your application

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). The total amount is clearly shown before payment.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods available through Stripe. Payment must be completed in full before your application is submitted for processing.

4. Processing Times

The processing times listed are estimated timeframes and represent our target completion periods. While we make every effort to process applications within the stated timeframe, actual processing times may vary depending on:

• The completeness and accuracy of the information provided
• Document verification requirements
• UK Government processing capacity and response times
• Volume of applications being processed

TravelReady24 is not responsible for delays caused by the UK Government or factors beyond our control.

5. Your Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application
• Ensure all submitted documents are genuine and unaltered
• Respond promptly to any requests for additional information or documents
• Not submit duplicate applications for the same person
• Keep your application reference number safe
• Ensure you are eligible for a UK ETA before applying

6. Application Outcome

TravelReady24 facilitates the application process but does not guarantee approval of your UK ETA. The decision to grant or refuse an ETA rests solely with the UK Government. We are not liable for any application that is refused or delayed by the authorities.

7. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the status of your application:

• Before submission: If your application has not yet been submitted to the authorities, the government fee may be refunded. However, our processing fee is non-refundable as we begin working on your case immediately after payment.
• After submission: Once your application has been submitted to the authorities, all fees are non-refundable as the service has been rendered.
• Refused applications: If your ETA application is refused by the UK Government, fees are not refundable as our service (application preparation and submission) has been completed.

8. Travel Protection (Insurance Add-on)

The optional Travel Protection add-on provides coverage as described during the application process. Terms and coverage details of the insurance are provided at the time of purchase. The Travel Protection fee is non-refundable once purchased.

9. Document Uploads

When requested, you must upload clear, legible copies of your passport and identification documents. We handle all uploaded documents securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored in access-restricted directories and are automatically deleted after processing is complete.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the TravelReady24 website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TravelReady24 and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• TravelReady24 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service
• We are not responsible for decisions made by the UK Government regarding your ETA application
• We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
